Shopping for furniture can be the worst experience ever and I was dreading having to do this.....until I stepped foot inside American Freight. Immediately we were greeted by a salesguy named Brady, who had the most chill vibe ever. He happily explained how their pricing worked, how we could apply for financing if we chose, and then he LEFT US ALONE! That's right! We were able to walk around and look at furniture without someone breathing down our necks!! It was such a relaxed and enjoyable experience! When we did have a question, Brady was right there to answer but was never pushy. As we made our purchase, he explained our options of delivery or pick up and made sure to get all of our information so he could call us when ready. One week later and sure enough Brady called as he promised he would! Our furniture was ready and is now in our home. Quick. Easy. PERFECT!! We will absolutely return and buy more at this store. Prices were so reasonable and Brady treated us as if we were his own family members. It was remarkable! Thanks again, Brady! You are amazing!!

Bought a whole suit a little over a year ago. Couch needed to be replaced within a month or two from stuffing flattening and boards in your back. The recliner completely separated. Shortly after the loveseat fabric ripped. The couch and recliner were replaced but definitely not within a decent time frame. Once replaced, couch did the same thing and recliner separated once again.

I came into the store to get a new bedroom suite and dining room table for a new house. I was greeted by Joe and Brady right away who helped answer every single question I had. They both made the experience super easy for me with their knowledge and great personalities. I was in and out with my purchases in 30 minutes and extremely satisfied. I’ll recommend anybody I know to go see Joe and Brady because I know they will get great customer service and be taken care of.

We had quite the experience the day we shopped for furniture. First off we were greeted as soon as we walked in which was nice. Next my daughter sounds her furniture she wanted pretty quickly which was also nice. Thennnnnn checkout happened...or didn't happen. Through NO FAULT of the salesman we couldn't check out as it kept coming up script error. The salesman at the Altoona location named Eli tried so hard as well as his manager Aaron (I believe). They spent a good hour trying to get it to work so she could buy her stuff, but the script error just kept happening. We left empty handed. The next day (Sunday October 22) we stopped bsck and tried again. The script error kept popping up again, finally realized it popped up if you tried getting delivery. So she was able to buy her furniture but now we unfortunately have to find a way to get it to her house with a uhaul and family members as she isn't living in the area yet. This will cost more than the $109 the delivery fee they offer would cost, but at least she will get her furniture. Family is supposed to go pick it up tomorrow. We will see how smoothly it goes tomorrow. I will update if there is an issue.
